Lead Process Analyst at Springfield Clinic

Amanda Tamminga has a diverse work experience. Amanda started their career as an intern at The Autism Program (TAP) in 2011. Amanda then worked as a Case Manager/QIDP at United Cerebral Palsy Land of Lincoln from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Nudo Products, Inc. where they served as an Administrative Assistant, then an Accounting Assistant, and finally as an Accounts Payable Clerk. In 2016, they moved to Ball-Chatham School District as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Special Education. Currently, they work at Springfield Clinic, starting as a Process Analyst in 2019 and currently holds the position of Lead Process Analyst.

Amanda Tamminga has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Developmental Psychology from the University of Illinois Springfield, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Associate in Arts from Lincoln Land Community College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Amanda has certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including Yellow Belt, White Belt, and Green Belt, obtained in 2022 and 2023. Amanda is also certified as a Substitute Teacher by the Illinois State Board of Education, obtained in 2017.
