Kyla Hurt

Kyla Hurt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in editing, advertising sales, and language translation. Currently serving as Editor and Advertising Sales Executive at The Source Newspaper since June 2013, Kyla emphasizes a personalized and creative approach to advertising solutions. In addition to these roles, Kyla has been a French Interpreter at HSHS St. John's Hospital and a French Translator/Interpreter for several healthcare organizations, including Springfield Clinic, Memorial Medical Center, Passavant Area Hospital, and Child and Family Connections since 2013. Kyla also has experience as Development Coordinator at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art, contributing to prominent events such as the Boardwalk Art Show & Festival. Kyla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Lyon College between 1997 and 2002.
