Kaitlyn Haddad

Kaitlyn Haddad has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kaitlyn is currently working as a Montgomery 3 Minority Inspector of Election in Montgomery County, PA since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. as a PIP Paralegal & Administrative Operations Manager from 2021.

Kaitlyn'slongest tenure was at McCabe Weisberg & Conway, where they held multiple roles. Kaitlyn started as a Paralegal in May 2013, then became a Team Leader in December 2013, and finally worked as an Operations Manager from September 2016 to August 2021. In their role as Operations Manager, they managed paraprofessionals, oversaw day-to-day operations, and implemented long-term initiatives. Kaitlyn was successful in driving profitability and fostering a results-oriented team culture.

Kaitlyn Haddad attended Penn State University from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business. Additionally, in November 2013, they received a Notary Public Appointment from the Notary Public for the State of Pennsylvania. Most recently, in June 2021, Kaitlyn achieved a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute.
