Mike Maddock

Mike Maddock is a founder and partner of multiple companies including Flourish Advisory Boards, Mike-Maddock.com, Maddock Douglas Inc., McGuffin Creative Group Inc., Ringleader Ventures, and Marshall Goldsmith Inc. Mike is also a guest lecturer at various colleges and universities across the United States. Maddock has a BFA in Design from Iowa State University, and has completed leadership and entrepreneurship programs at Stagen Leadership Academy, Northwestern University, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
