Jan Gromelski

Jan Gromelski currently serves as the Global Head of Facilities, Security & Built Infrastructure Projects at Marshall since March 2019. Prior to this role, Jan held various leadership positions at Hexcel Corporation, overseeing Engineering, Facilities, and Capital Projects from January 2014 to March 2019. Jan's extensive experience also includes multiple managerial roles at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. from January 2000 to December 2013, where responsibilities spanned Engineering Project management and New Model Quality oversight. Jan began a career in maintenance and engineering operations at Courtaulds from 1990 to January 2000. Jan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology - BTech HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swindon College and various degrees from The Open University, including a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Diploma in Design & Innovation, and a Certificate in Natural Sciences.
