Ben Cass

Ben Cass is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at RMIT University since March 2024, leading executive search and recruitment assignments across operations and academia. As the Founder and Director of Emmbr, a specialist recruitment firm established in September 2020, Ben oversees a team of 25 staff and delivers 200-300 technology hires annually while developing the company's long-term strategy and governance framework.
