Kay Osborn

Kay Osborn has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Clinical Manager of the Oncology Department at Marshall Medical Centers since March 2012, and as a Clinical Manager at Marshall Medical Center South since July 2003. Osborn holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2010 and 2012. Further educational qualifications include studies at Gadsden State Community College and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
