Star Somilleda

Star Somilleda has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the retail industry. They currently serve as the Director of Business Diversity & Partner Relations at WHSmith North America, where they oversee the development and support of partnerships for the organization. Prior to this role, Star worked at InMotion Entertainment Group, LLC, holding positions such as Divisional Director Customer Relations, Director Change Management, and Operations Manager. They implemented strategies to improve customer service, managed organizational changes, and drove sales culture and profitability. Star also worked at APW Brands, LLC as the Director of Operations, responsible for leading a $25M annual business and focusing on team development and streamlining operating procedures. Before that, they served as a District Manager at APW Brands (Airport Wireless/Techshowcase), overseeing personnel performance, sales initiatives, and policy consistency across multiple locations. Star's career began at InMotion Entertainment as a Manager, where they managed store operations, led recruitment and training efforts, and achieved exceptional sales performance.
