Lisa Lagon holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Fellow designation, along with Professional of Human Resources Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Lisa has over two decades of experience in employee benefits and human resources, currently serving as an Account Manager at Marshall & Sterling Employee Benefits since April 2000. Previously, Lisa held positions including Agency Partner at Jaeger & Flynn Associates, Inc. and Large Group Account Manager at Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York. Early in the career, Lisa worked as an HR and Office Coordinator at Caremark Ltd. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Management & Marketing from SUNY Geneseo and specialized training at The Wharton School.
