Frank Smith, CPA, VP has over 20 years of work experience. Frank started their career in 1997 at Adams Fairacre Farms as a Closing Clerk, where they supervised the grocery department and cashiers and also closed the store. In 2004, they joined Vanacore, DeBenedictus, DiGovanni & Weddell as a Senior Auditor, where they coordinated audits for various business entities and focused on Fire District audits. In 2009, they served as an Audit Committee Member at Hyde Park Central School District Audit Committee. From 2011 to 2020, Frank worked at Marshall & Sterling, first as the Corporate Controller, VP, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations on the corporate level and implementing internal controls, and later becoming the Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, they served as a Board Member for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce since 2016 and as a Finance Committee Member for United Way of Dutchess-Orange Region from 2013 to 2018.

Frank Smith, CPA, VP completed an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Dutchess Community College from 2000 to 2002. Frank then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marist College, graduating in 2004. In 2009, Frank Smith obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the New York State Education Department.
