Harish Soundararajan

Harish Soundararajan has a strong background in investment and board positions. Harish is currently a Managing Director at Marshall Wace since 2023. Previously, they served as an Investment Director at Farallon Capital Management from 2019 to 2023, starting as an Investment Analyst. In addition, they have held various lead investor and board director roles at companies such as Metagenomi, InBrace, LUMICKS, UNIVERCELLS S.A., Imago BioSciences, Inc., and Themis Bioscience GmbH. Harish has also worked as an investor at Inivata and VelosBio.

Harish Soundararajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering. Harish then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biological Sciences from Trinity College at the University of Cambridge. Following their Ph.D., Harish Soundararajan continued their education as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Harvard Medical School.
