Ilya Katz

Ilya Katz is an experienced investment professional specializing in therapeutics and med tech. Currently an Analyst at Marshall Wace since August 2020, Ilya contributes to the Global Healthcare team. Previously, Ilya served as the Director and Head of Health Care Data & Product Lead at Cowen and Company from April 2019 to July 2020, and prior to that, worked as an Analyst at Point72 Asset Management from June 2016 to June 2018, focusing on healthcare investments in the U.S. Ilya holds a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology with a concentration in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance, Statistics, and Business Analytics from The Wharton School.
