Mike Smith

Mike Smith is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and client services, currently working as a Technology Talent Acquisition specialist at Marshall Wace since February 2022. Prior to this, Mike served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Mako Trading from May 2019 to February 2022, and held roles at Citadel Securities and Citi specializing in technology recruitment and resourcing. Mike's earlier experience includes leadership positions at BrightPool and SThree plc, as well as consulting work at East West Consulting in Japan. Mike's educational background includes an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and a degree in Politics and International Relations from The University of Edinburgh.
