Steve Carter CMILT has a wealth of experience in various roles within the transportation and logistics industry. Steve started their career at Tesco Stores Ltd in 1988, working their way up to Regional Transport and Planning Manager. Steve then moved on to roles at Exel, DHL, QTR Transport, and eventually started their own consulting company, SteveJConsulting Ltd. Currently, they are the Head of Transport Planning at Marshalls plc. Steve has held positions such as Transport Operations Director, Operations Director, and various management roles managing distribution centers and leading supply chain development projects. Steve has a proven track record of success and expertise in the field.

Steve Carter CMILT graduated from the London College of Advanced Transport Studies in 1988 with an Honours Certificate in Transport Management (all modes), specializing in Air, Road, Rail, and Sea. Steve also holds additional certifications in National CPC Road Haulage (1985), PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner (2020), and Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers (2020).
