Joe Bonaventura is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of US Sales at Marshalltown since July 2024, Joe also operates Horses 2 Harley’s Public House and Resort, a lakeside establishment that features dining and lodging. Previous roles include Sales Director at Rexco Equipment, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Crown Roofing & Waterproofing, and Senior Manager of Installed Sales & Business Development at Pella Corporation. Joe has a strong background in building high-performing teams and driving profitable growth, evidenced by successful leadership positions at Power Equipment Systems and RSC Equipment Rental, as well as a long tenure at The Home Depot overseeing operations for 90 locations. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Southern National University, supplemented by advanced executive education from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Emory University.
