Liz Fischer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at MarshBerry since April 2013, Liz has previously held positions such as Human Resources Director and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to MarshBerry, Liz worked at Vanliner Insurance Company as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included integrating culture and policies after an acquisition by National Interstate. Liz's career began at National Interstate Insurance Company, where roles included HR Associate and HR Generalist, focusing on the recruiting process for multiple levels. Liz's early experience includes an HR internship at Perfection Corp, where tasks involved maintaining attendance data and updating HRIS records. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Ohio University.
