Jillian Shuman

Jillian Shuman currently serves as the Section Head of Medical Physics and Radiation and Laser Safety at Marshfield Clinic Health System, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Diagnostic Medical Physicist at Via Christi Health from August 2018 to April 2022 and as a Diagnostic Medical Physics Resident at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from June 2016 to June 2018. Jillian began medical physics training with a Research Internship at the Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science and held positions as a Student Radiation Safety Technician and Student Library Assistant at Vanderbilt University. Jillian's educational background includes a Doctor of Medical Physics (DMP) and a Master's degree in Medical Physics from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
