Krissy Flick

Krissy Flick has experience in human resources, employee relations, and corporate education. Krissy currently holds the position of Vice President-Employee Experience at Marshfield Clinic Health System, overseeing initiatives related to HR policy, legal compliance, employee relations, gratitude, and engagement. Prior to this, Krissy worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead in human resources. Krissy has a Master of Business Administration-HR Cognate from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
