Jane Leadbetter

Jane Leadbetter has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Jane currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at Marshmallow since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Learning & Development at McArthurGlen Group from January 2013 to November 2022. In addition, Jane has worked as the Director at Oxford Summer School from 2012 to 2018, Lecturer at London Metropolitan University from November 2009 to July 2014, Learning & Development Manager at Liberty Ltd from March 2010 to July 2012, and Learning & Development Manager at Harrods from March 1996 to October 2009.

Jane Leadbetter has a Master's degree in HRM, obtained a Coaching Certificate from Coaching Development in 2011, completed MBTI level 1 & 2 at OPP in 2015, and has a Post Graduate Diploma in CIPD. Jane also holds the certification of FCIPD, obtained in 2004.
