Amy Green

Amy Green is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global mobility, talent acquisition, and total rewards. Since May 2011, Amy has held the position of Senior People Partner at Marsh & McLennan Companies, serving as a strategic HR advisor during significant organizational transformations. Prior roles include Global Mobility Leader for Total Rewards, where Amy was responsible for developing and executing global mobility strategies, and Senior Manager of Tax & Compensation for Global Mobility, overseeing compensation and tax services for international assignees in over 35 countries. Previously, Amy worked at KPMG as a Senior Manager in Tax, leading a team that provided expatriate tax and global mobility services for various clients. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University and completed high school at Council Rock High School.
