Ann Miller

Ann Miller is a seasoned professional in the claims advocacy field with extensive experience in managing complex insurance claims. Currently serving as a Senior Vice President and Claims Advocate at Marsh McLennan since July 2021, Ann supports clients in the Southeast. Prior to this role, Ann held the position of Senior Vice President and Claims Director at Aon, where coordination of claim services for construction clients was a key focus. Ann’s background includes significant leadership roles, such as Team Manager for the Major Case Unit at Zurich North America, overseeing high-stakes claims involving construction defects and product liability across multiple states. Additionally, Ann served as Regional Director for Construction Defect claims at Travelers Insurance, emphasizing oversight in complex litigated matters. Ann began a career in the claims sector at The PMA Group as a Regional Supervisor. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University.
