Jonathan Rhoades

Jonathan Rhoades is an accomplished Chief People Officer at Marsh McLennan, leading the people strategy for 20,000 colleagues in client services, operations, and technology since April 2013. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Chief People Officer for MMC Technology, managing HR for nearly 7,000 technology professionals globally, and served as Global Head of Learning and Organizational Development, focusing on executive leadership and organizational development. Prior experience includes partnership roles at Navalent and Oliver Wyman, where Jonathan specialized in organizational change and leadership development. Jonathan began an academic career as an Assistant Professor at New York University and has a strong educational foundation with a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
