Katarzyna Bialkowska-Szulc

Katarzyna Bialkowska-Szulc is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition EMEA Relationship Manager at Marsh McLennan since April 2016. In this role, Katarzyna leads a team of Recruiters across the CEE and Middle East regions, striving to establish trusted partnerships with business leaders and attract top talent. Previously, Katarzyna held various roles within ACCETIS GROUP, including Senior Research Consultant and Recruitment Specialist, and also worked as a secretary at Biblioteka Publiczna im. St. Staszica and a behavioral therapist at CWI. Katarzyna holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw and pursued further education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
