Mark Lehman

Mark Lehman has extensive experience in talent development and human resources, having served in various leadership roles at notable organizations. From July 2019 to November 2022, Mark held multiple titles at Marsh McLennan, including Global Head of Talent Development and Global Head of Colleague Experience & Talent Programs. Prior to that, Mark worked at Citi from February 2010 to June 2019, where responsibilities as Head of EMEA Talent and Regional HR Business Partner focused on aligning people strategies with business goals. Earlier positions include Interim Strategic Resourcing Manager at Essex County Council and Recruitment Business Partner at Barclays Bank Plc. Mark began a career in recruitment as Head of Recruitment at Southend University Hospital. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Staffordshire.
