Paridhi Dhoundiyal

Paridhi Dhoundiyal is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with over 17 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Marsh McLennan since June 2010, Paridhi has progressed through various roles including AVP and Senior Manager in talent acquisition. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Hewitt Associates from July 2006 to June 2010 and an internship at Genpact in 2005. Paridhi holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delhi University.
