Rob Fawkes

Rob Fawkes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in the higher education and corporate sectors. At Marsh McLennan since June 2015, Rob has served in multiple roles, including Senior People Partner and HR Business Partner, focusing on strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this, Rob worked at the University of Bristol as HR Manager, leading a team to develop people policies and HR systems, and at the University of the Arts London, where responsibilities included HR process development and employee communications strategy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Film and Broadcasting from Cardiff University and a Master of Science in Human Resources from London South Bank University.
