The board of directors at Martela has a wide range of experience in different industries and aspects of business. Many of the members have worked in consulting, strategy, and process development. They also have experience in product development, management, and finance. The board is well-educated, with members holding degrees from universities such as Aalto University, Tsinghua University, Hanken School of Economics, and Virkby gymnasium.
