Jesse Smith

Jesse Smith is an experienced operations and sales professional with a diverse background in management and strategic development. Currently serving as the Dedicated Backhaul Manager for Western Operations at Marten Transport since April 2016, Jesse has demonstrated expertise in coaching teams, optimizing fleet performance, and enhancing customer accounts. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Hertz, where management of a large staff and implementation of process improvements led to significant increases in customer satisfaction and sales performance. As Co-Owner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Predator BDU, Jesse focused on sales growth and marketing strategies, while earlier positions at Spanish Abroad Inc. involved overseeing operations and developing profitable programs. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
