Mark MacDonnell

Mark MacDonnell is an experienced professional in operations and project management with a focus on the cycling accessories industry. Currently serving as North America Operations Manager for Gazelle Bikes North America since February 2024, Mark previously held various leadership roles at Vista Outdoor Inc. from February 2017 to September 2023, including Director of Accessories for Bell & Blackburn and Director of Mass Accessories, where leadership of product management and marketing were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes senior project management positions at BRG Sports and Advanced Sports International, where Mark contributed to transforming project management functions and improving product development processes. Mark began a career in construction management with Ryan Homes/NVR Inc., overseeing the construction of over 200 homes and developing a strong foundation in project management. Mark holds a BA in Management from James Madison University and has additional education from Saint Anselm College.
