Ridhima Rathi

Ridhima Rathi is a dedicated Program Officer at the Martha Farrell Foundation since July 2021, with prior experience in various roles focusing on community support and content marketing. From November 2020 to March 2021, Ridhima served as a BD and Content Marketing Intern at SquadIQ, where responsibilities included content creation and lead qualification. Earlier, Ridhima interned at SPYM, providing counselling and developing educational plans for children with ADHD. Additional experience includes community engagement at Sakshi, volunteer support at Make A Difference, and leadership as Society President and Secretary at SPIC MACAY. Ridhima holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor's degree in Home Science from Lady Irwin College.
