Liz Schulze

Liz Schulze has a diverse range of work experience spanning over multiple industries. Liz began their career in 1991 as an Account Manager at Goodyear Film Products Division. From 1992 to 1999, Liz worked at Airborne Express, starting as a Sales Representative before progressing to Senior Sales Representative and eventually becoming a Sales Manager. At Airborne Express, they excelled in business development, exceeding revenue targets and managing a successful sales team.

In 2006, Liz joined Martha's Hands, where they held various leadership roles. As the Staffing Coordinator, they efficiently matched caregivers to clients, coordinated schedules, and addressed client and employee requests. Liz later became the Director of Human Resources and Talent Development, where they designed recruitment and onboarding programs and conducted training needs analyses. Liz'spassion for employee growth and creating meaningful experiences led to their promotion as the Director of Community Relations and Talent Development.

Most recently, in 2020, Liz joined Mercy as a Talent Development Specialist. In this role, they provided project management support for organizational change and performance improvement, designed and implemented training initiatives using adult learning principles, and presented to stakeholders.
