Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Marti Health since August 2022, Richard oversees product management, software engineering, and IT infrastructure. Previously, Richard was Chief Product and Technology Officer at Workit Health, leading efforts in online addiction care. A tenure at CVS Health as Product Development Director focused on virtual care and telehealth established Richard's expertise in developing product visions and performance metrics. In addition, Richard held multiple C-level technology positions from 2009 to 2020, providing technology consulting to Fortune 500 companies. Richard's career began at the American Cancer Society, where responsibilities included managing digital properties and e-commerce strategies. Richard holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
