Justin Maat

Justin Maat has been working in the software engineering field since 2006. Justin started as an AP Intern and Lead Financial Analyst at Sherwin Williams, then moved on to become a Business Analyst in 2011. In 2012, they began working as an Oracle Applications Developer at Sherwin Williams, followed by a Software Developer role at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2013. In 2015, they took on a Software Developer role at The Wendy's Company, and then moved on to CiBO Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer in 2016. In 2017, they began working as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Digital Tailwinds, LLC, and currently holds the role of Senior Software Engineer at Martin since 2019.

Justin Maat obtained their B.S. in Accounting from The University of Akron between 2004 and 2007. Justin then went on to obtain their M.S. in Software Engineering from Cleveland State University between 2009 and 2012.
