Currently serving as the Vice President of Employee Experience and Vice President of People, Safety, & Culture at Martin Concrete Construction, Inc., Kristin has also held positions such as Director of Safety and Field and Safety Coordinator. Additionally, Kristin is a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where Kristin is dedicated to enhancing their company and community through CEO peer advisory and executive coaching. In the past, Kristin served as the Finishing Division Manager at JCE Builder's, Inc.
