Jennifer Strickland

Jennifer Strickland, SPHR, MPS has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to employee experience and development. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President of Employee Experience at Veterinary Innovative Partners, where they lead organization-wide initiatives and designs and manages key programs.

Previously, Jennifer worked as the Director of Team Member Development at HearingLife from 2019 to 2023. Jennifer also served as the Manager of Team Member Experience at Gold's Gym from 2017 to 2019 and as an HR Business Consultant at Neighborhood Management from 2017 to 2017.

Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at 24 Hour Fitness and as a Totalsource District Manager/HR Business Consultant at ADP. Jennifer began their career at Windsor Communities, starting as a leasing consultant and working their way up to become a Property Manager and Regional Trainer. During their time at Windsor Communities, they handled various human resource administration tasks and served as a regional trainer for sales techniques and software systems.

Jennifer Strickland, SPHR, MPS completed their education with a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change Management from Penn State University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008. Along with their educational achievements, Jennifer also holds additional certifications, including a Senior Professional of Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in 2017, and a Schwinn Certified Cycling Instructor certification from Schwinn Fitness, obtained in 2015.
