Russell Denton

Russell Denton has over 37 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance management within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts since September 2014, Russell oversees a 256,000 square foot facility and manages a maintenance team responsible for general repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance tasks. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts from August 2003 to September 2014, and at BTI Center for the Performing Arts from May 2001 to August 2003. Russell began a career in plumbing as a Plumbing Foreman at Southern Piping Co. from March 1986 to May 2001.
