Curt Neth

Curt Neth has over 20 years of experience in human resources and safety management. Curt has held various leadership positions at Martin Marietta, John Deere, The Stanley Works, HOLT CAT, Rapid Design, and Tiffin University. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Martin Marietta, where they provided strategic HR leadership for the East Division. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources for North America at John Deere, overseeing HR functions for multiple locations and subsidiaries. Curt has a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Curt Neth obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Tiffin University in the years 1991-1995. Curt later pursued further education at Bowling Green State University from 1995 to 1996.
