Jeff Ferrell

Jeff Ferrell is an experienced executive in the construction materials industry, currently serving as VP/GM for the East Tennessee District at Martin Marietta since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ferrell held positions including General Manager for the East Tennessee Region at Blue Water Industries from June 2018 to April 2024, and Sales Manager at Harrison Construction Company from May 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing sales of various construction materials. Earlier experience includes Vice President roles at Aggregates USA and CEMEX, overseeing sales and distribution of aggregate products across multiple regions. Ferrell began a career in distribution and logistics management with Rinker Materials, where responsibility included P&L for significant distribution networks. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. from East Tennessee State University, an Executive Education Program from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
