Jill Reeder's work experience includes roles in various HR positions. Jill is currently an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Martin Marietta as the VP HR and Safety, Southwest Division starting in 2015, and as the Director of Training and Development from 2014. Before Martin Marietta, Jill worked at TXI as the HR Director/Training and Development, where they managed training and development activities, as well as HR Manager responsibilities. Jill also held the role of Human Resources Manager at TXI, where they managed employee relations and directed EEO/Affirmative Action activities. Jill also had prior experience as a Recruiting Manager at Hencie Consulting Services from 1999 to 2001.
Jill Reeder has a Certificate in Management from the SMU Cox School of Business, which they obtained in 2008. Jill also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Counseling Psychology from Central Michigan University, which they earned between 1987 and 1992. Additionally, they hold a Certification in Situational Leadership and Coaching Essentials from Ken Blanchard. In 2014, they obtained a Master Trainer Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
