Joao Esteves

Joao Esteves is an accomplished sales manager with extensive experience in the construction and building materials industry. Currently leading the sales team at Martin Marietta in Northern California, Esteves oversees significant revenue generation exceeding $150 million from various locations supplying aggregates and hot mix asphalt. Previously, Esteves served as a sales manager and later as director of sales at Sika, where a successful turnaround resulted in sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Esteves also held key positions in building envelope sales and business development, enhancing market presence and client relationships. Earlier career experience includes project management for major infrastructure projects at SACYR SOMAGUE. Esteves holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, complemented by additional executive education in management.
