Karla Wood

Karla Wood has extensive experience in the field of total rewards and human resources, spanning over 20 years. Karla'smost recent role was as the VP of Total Rewards and HRIS at Martin Marietta, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they were the Head of Total Rewards at PowerSchool from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they held the same position at Tecomet, Inc from 2021 to 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Karla served as the Director of Total Rewards and Interim VP of Human Resources at GEA Group. Karla also worked at TE Connectivity as the Director of Total Rewards from 2011 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Karla held managerial positions at Millennium Inorganic Chemicals and Tyco Electronics, where they specialized in global rewards and compensation analysis.

Karla started their career at PHH Arval as a Senior Compensation Analyst/HRBP and later worked at AAI Corporation as an HR Business Partner. Throughout their career, Karla has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing total rewards policies, managing compensation programs, and providing strategic support to organizations.

Karla Wood has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University. Karla also has certifications in CCP from WorldatWork and PHR from SHRM.
