Stephanie McCaffrey

Stephanie McCaffrey has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and audit roles. Stephanie most recently served as Vice President of Shared Services at Martin Marietta since 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at MRC Global, including Vice President of Global Shared Services & Treasurer and Vice President of Controller. Stephanie was responsible for finance and accounting strategy, treasury operations, management reporting, and team leadership. Stephanie also worked at Babcock & Wilcox as VP of Internal Audit, where they played a key role in establishing internal audit and SOX infrastructure. Stephanie began their career at Energy & Manufacturing Industry Leaders, where they held several roles in internal audit and accounting. Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in driving efficiencies, implementing process improvements, and leading teams.

Stephanie McCaffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
