Tom Nelson

Tom Nelson has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Tom most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Martin Marietta. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for the Central Division and oversaw HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations for multiple states. Prior to that, Tom was the Director of Human Resources at Whirlpool Corporation, where they led a team of HR professionals and supported a large workforce. Tom also held leadership positions at Farmers Cooperative Co and MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc, where they were responsible for HR, safety, and quality initiatives. Tom began their career at ConAgra Foods as a Human Resources Manager.

Tom Nelson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tom also holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Bellevue University.
