Erin F. Resendez has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Martin Foods since July 2013, after progressing through roles as Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Prior to this, Erin contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from January 2012 to June 2013. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science from Texas A&M University, completed in 2013.
