James Dodd is a Partner at Martin Tripp Associates, specializing in the technology, video game, film, theatre, and digital sectors. With over 14 years of industry experience, James has held notable roles including Senior Consultant and has previously owned a successful recruitment business before merging with Martin Tripp Associates. Additionally, James serves as Chair of Out Making Games, which focuses on empowering the LGBTQ+ community in the gaming industry. In various past roles, including strategic headhunter and agency owner, James has recruited across a wide array of positions and industries.
