Neftali Lau has worked in various roles and companies starting from 2016. In 2018, they worked as a NASA Community College Aerospace Scholar at NASA Ames Research Center. In 2019, they worked as a Quality Technician Intern at Martinez & Turek, Inc. Later in the same year, they also worked as a Research Team Leader at GreenTech California (GTC) where they conducted research on the beneficial effects nanobubbles have on plant physiology. In addition, they were responsible for leading their team and ensuring they met set goals. Neftali also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Riverside - bMECH the same year.
