Neil Forster

Neil Forster, MBA, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Martinrea International since January 2020. In this role, Neil leads the Investor Relations program and collaborates closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, participating in institutional investor meetings and conferences. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Analyst at Franklin Bissett Investment Management, where investment recommendations were provided for small cap funds; as an Equity Research Analyst at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, focusing on Canadian-listed industrial companies; and as an Equity Research Analyst at Genuity Capital Markets, covering heavy equipment firms. Neil's career began at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets as an Equity Research Associate, supporting top-ranked analysts in various industrial sectors. Neil holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from Saint Mary's University.
