Paul D. Adams

Paul D. Adams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Executive Director and Global Director of Lean Manufacturing at Martinrea International since April 2021. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at Toyota North America, focusing on production engineering and lean implementation, including a long tenure as Sr. Manager in the Paint division. With a solid foundation in engineering, Paul has successfully led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product integrity across multiple manufacturing facilities. Paul's career began at Ambrake Corporation, where contributions included overseeing quality and productivity in disc brake machining. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
