Miyana Smith

Miyana Smith, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Gracefully Natural since January 2021 and as the Director of Human Resources for Martinsville City Public Schools since July 2021. Previously, Miyana held the position of Human Resources Manager at Medical Facilities of America from November 2015 to August 2021, Regional Banking Manager II at Wells Fargo between April 2011 and November 2015, and Data Sales Training Manager at Verizon from September 2008 to April 2011. Miyana's military experience includes serving as a Finance & HR Management Technician in the US Army from March 2005 to March 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Miyana is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University, expected to be completed in October 2024.
