Aruran Tharmalingam

Aruran Tharmalingam has a diverse work experience, starting as a Customer Service Rep at Scotiabank in 2009. Aruran then worked at various companies in different roles, such as a Supervisory Summer Student at C.S.T. Consultants Inc, Data & Sample Specialist at Delvinia Interactive, and Project Manager at Vision Critical. In 2017, they were an Intermediate Project Manager at Agreement Express. In 2018, they co-founded Rambuton Inc. and joined Maru Group as a Senior Project Manager, later becoming a Team Lead in Operations and eventually serving as the Director of Asset & Client Communities Recruitment.

Aruran Tharmalingam earned a B.Comm in Global Management & Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2011.
